Shuttle terms

Please read out shuttle terms below

  1. It is the customers responsibility to check all details regarding their booking are correct
  2. We take no responsibility for any incorrect information that we have been given
  3. Being a scheduled service we do leave the airport as per our timetable
  4. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused or cancelled tickets
  5. Tickets are only valid for the dates given
  6. If travelling long haul correct dates of arrival must be given
  7. Delayed customers must telephone on 07967 030738 so that we can accommodate them on the next available service
  8. We do not accept any reverse charges
  9. Customers who make there own way home do so at their own expense
  10. We take no responsibility for circumstances beyond our control. i.e.Traffic accidents, Road closures and Bad weather
  11. Customers are responsible for there own luggage at all times
  12. All lost luggage will be returned to our Head Office for the customer to collect
  13. Customers are advised to choose a service that arrives at the airport at least 2/3 hrs prior to flight departure time
  14. For each person travelling I normal sized suitcase (max 32 inches and 20 kgs approx) and I piece of hand luggage is allocated
  15. Each item over the limit is subject to a £6 supplement fee
  16. Any excess or over-sized luggage must be declared at the time of booking
  17. Each group booking must state at time of booking what pick up points they will require
  18. Upon booking you will be allocated pick up point and time of pick up point
  19. We will endeavor to get you to Airport as soon as possible
